Please read carefully before completing your reservation.

By submitting a reservation, the reservation holder acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation Holder Responsibility

The individual making the reservation is responsible for:

• All charges associated with the reservation.

• Any overtime fees incurred by the group.

• Any damage caused by members of the group.

• Compliance with all house policies.

The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old.

2. Room Package & Store Credit

Private room reservations include a package price and an associated Store Credit amount.

Store Credit may be used toward:

• Food

• Beverages

• Retail merchandise

Store Credit:

• Has no cash value.

• Is non-refundable.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Expires at the end of the reservation.

Unused Store Credit will not be refunded.

3. Overtime Charges

Reservations include the reserved package duration only.

Any time beyond the reserved period is considered overtime.

Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments.

Examples:

• 1–30 minutes over → 0.5 hour charge

• 31–60 minutes over → 1 hour charge

Applicable overtime rates are based on the room type reserved.

4. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure all reservations.

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Reservation

Deposits may be transferred to a future reservation date.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Deposits are non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

If the reservation holder has not arrived within 30 minutes of the reservation start time and has not contacted the venue:

• The reservation may be canceled.

• The deposit will be forfeited.

6. Damage Liability

Guests are responsible for damage caused during the reservation period.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Furniture

• Board games

• Decorations

• Equipment

Replacement or repair costs may be charged accordingly.

Current standard charges include:

• Chair: $30 each

• Board games: Replacement cost

Additional damages may be assessed based on actual replacement costs.

7. Alcohol Policy

Guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding alcohol consumption.

Anyone consuming alcohol must present valid government-issued identification upon request.

Guests under 21 years of age may not consume alcohol.

No hard liquor.

Disguiser Party Game Lounge reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or terminate alcohol-related activities at its discretion.

8. BYOB Events

Guests bringing their own alcoholic beverages must:

• Notify the venue in advance.

• Pay the applicable BYOB Event Fee $50.

• If any alcohol-related mess is left behind, an event fee of $300 will be charged. The BYOB Event Fee covers cleaning, monitoring, and operational costs associated with BYOB events.

9. Outside Food & Drinks

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and dispose of trash properly.

Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Disguiser Party Game Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a reservation without refund if guests:

• Violate house rules

• Engage in illegal activity

• Threaten staff or other guests

• Create unsafe conditions

• Damage property

11. Limitation of Liability

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Disguiser Party Game Lounge is not responsible for:

• Lost items

• Stolen items

• Damaged personal property
